Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by August 15, 2010 will be scheduled and included in the Abstract CD-ROM.

Registered participants whose abstracts are selected for Accreditation for Continuing Medical Education, will be asked for a short CV and a signed disclosure of potential conflict of interest form.
