For a conference visit in Italy, you may be required to enclose an invitation - a letter - with your visa application from the company concerned or from whoever is organizing the conference.
If you require a letter confirming that your paper has been accepted we can provide this for you.
If you need a letter confirming your registration, this can be provided; however it will only be issued after a delegate has registered for the conference and payment has been received. There can be no exceptions to this and no letters confirming registration will be issued before payment has been received.
The invitation must contain details about you, the applicant, such as:
a) personal particulars
b) arrival and departure dates
c) the purpose of your visit
d) as well as, in some prescribed cases,
the availability of adequate economic means and lodging.
